Program Leadership Positions

Assistant Program Director- Paid position. Preferred minimum age 21. Oversee summer camp program.

Head Female Counselor- Paid position. Preferred minimum age 21. Oversee female counselors.

Head Male Counselor- Paid position. Preferred minimum age 21. Oversee male counselors.

Adventure Leader- Paid position. Preferred minimum age 21. Oversee adventure staff. Training provided.


Program Positions

Counselors– Volunteer positions. One week at a time or more. Must be at least 18 years old. You will be responsible for the safety, well-being and spiritual teaching of the campers.

Cooks(2)– Paid Position. Must be 18 years old

Dishwashers(1)– Paid Position. Minimum age is 16

Lifeguards– Paid position. Must be at least 16 years old, and hold a current Lifeguard and CPR for the Professional certification. WLBC can help you obtain this if necessary.

Boat Drivers– Volunteer Position. Minimum age is 21.

Craft Instructor/Kitchen Help– Paid position. Preferred minimum age is 18.

Maintenance– Paid position. Preferred minimum age age is 18.

Adventure Instructors(2)- Paid Position. Preferred minimum age 18. Training provided.

Archery Instructor- Preferred minimum age is 18. Training provided.

Waterfront Director- Must be 18 years old, and hold a current Lifeguard and CPR for the Professional certification. WLBC can help you obtain this if necessary.


Please note that we need a new application and references on everyone, every calendar year.
