Wood Lake Bible Camp

Dear Fellow Campers,

This summer was nothing short of unending blessings here at Wood Lake Bible Camp! We have had a wonderful summer full of fun programs, memorable moments, and amazing worship. God’s Spirit was certainly strong in each of our camps and many campers' lives were impacted by the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Youth Camp brought our youngest campers and we saw them smiling from ear to ear the whole week. Many of them grabbed the opportunity to respond to the message of Jesus Christ throughout the week.

During Junior High camp, the first night, ¾ of the youth went up to the front to dedicate or rededicate their lives to Christ and throughout the week there was a challenge during each chapel time to grow in their walk. By the end of the week, almost all campers came to the front for some type of Christian growth opportunity.

Senior High Camp was much the same. The first night many of the youth came forward to give their lives to Christ or to rededicate their lives to Him. By the last night, the youth did not want to stop worshipping the Lord.

What was supposed to be an hour-long chapel service turned into a 4-hour worship time! God is good!

Prime Time Camp, our 5-7 graders, was more evidence of the work of the Holy Spirit through the lives of our campers. The most memorable

moment was standing at the final chapel service hearing all of the campers recite the summer’s theme verse by memory. A chorus of young voices speaking the Word of God from their hearts was amazing.

Through all camps and through every part of Wood Lake Bible Camp’s ministry, we have seen and continue to see the work of God being done right here at camp. We are so blessed to be a part of it. Now we ask you to join in this work.

We would like to give you the opportunity to join the Wood Lake Bible Camp Association. Here is a chance to become a participating and voting member in the work and ministry of WLBC.

As a member, you will receive updates on the ministry at WLBC and special opportunities to be involved in the ministry of camp as a camper, as a volunteer, and maybe as a donor. There are many opportunities to get involved in the work that God has called WLBC to and we need your help!

Every year we have a member’s meeting in April. We give reports on the camp’s year, present a yearly budget, and elect WLBC’s board members. This is another opportunity for your feedback and support of WLBC ministry.

This is an opportunity for you to be a vital and necessary tool in the work of the kingdom through the ministry of WLBC!

Please join us in ministry to people of all ages as members of the Wood Lake Bible Camp Association!
